Dear Lisa,
There are notes from the previous Archaeobotany Workshop that are currently being finalised - by early next week they ought to be ready for circulation to all regular attendees who couldn't make Lancaster. We also discussed communications at the last meeting, and are in the process of arranging for (we hope) a web-space on the EH site where brief notes could be displayed from each meeting, similar to the Professional Zooarchaeology Group...

Hope your scheduling works out(!).
Best wishes,
Rachel.

Subject: Re: Archaeobotany Workshop Spring 2010 [for UK-based archaeobotanists]
Dear Colleagues,
Will there be any plans to compile 'minutes' of this meeting?
Frustratingly my oldest nephew turns 13 on that day and its also the day after the end of the IFA conference too so it looks like I could be missing a very interesting workgroup (my recent MA dissertation considered archaeobotanicial aspects of intertidally exposed prehistoric land surfaces so I might have had something useful to add to a discussion on past climate change).
I also missed last year's workgroup because it was too far to travel and wonder if anyone has any 'minutes' from that.
best wishes,
Lisa
[will check if it's no longer 'cool' for Aunty to hang around for a 13th birthday! - could just give him his cash and head to Cambridge]
