Dear all,
I am not a computer specialist, but I have seen "blogs" in the
internet where members can send pictures so why not other files like
.pdf? And from the internet homepage of the "blog" you can subscribe a
notification to your e-mail in case you want to know immediately when
someone adds something to the internet pages. In commercial use it is
even possible to define what kind of information/product you are
looking for and order only these notifications to your e-mail. This is
just an idea, because unfortunately I cannot do it myself. I just
thought people are getting already too much too large emails from all
the e-mailing lists and some kind of priority could be possible. If
no-one can make this, you could make another e-mail list, where you
could send less important things (like I could send stupid questions
for example) in case you do not want to bother all and anbother wich
would be sending the most important things. Also for example why not
another list for new publicatios?
Sorry for bothering you all, this was just a thought,
All the best, Kati Salo,
postgraduate student in archaeology at the University of Helsinki, Finland
PS. Hopefully see you in Copenhagen in September and hear interesting
lectures (of which hopefully also I can understand something being
archaeologist and osteologist and not chemist)
