This consultation and discussion meeting on the future of congenital anomaly surveillance has been organised in response to ONS' consultation on its proposal to end the National Congenital Anomaly System and uncertainties about the future funding of congenital anomaly registers.
Speakers will include:

Liz Draper, University of Leicester, chair British Isles Network of Congenital Anomaly Registers (BINOCAR)
Dave Tucker, CARIS Register, Wales
Joan Morris, National Down Syndrome Cytogenetic Register
John Newton, Department of Health, on the need for surveillance in England
