Spatial modelling of air pollution and deprivation in Scotland
Stipend £16,290 per annum (PhD)
Supervisors: Professor Alastair Leyland and Dr Eugene Waclawski
This studentship will be based on the analysis of air pollution, health and deprivation in Scotland and will use Bayesian spatial modelling techniques to examine the association between various measures of population health and air pollution in Scottish cities, and the extent to which such relationships may be modified by deprivation.
