I could perhaps say the same of the "free open source" web-site designs
I have been looking at. While I do learn something of xhtml usage, the
visual designs are basically nothing more then a load of dreary, boring,
uninteresting, wholescale, crap. If this is the future of a new media
arts, well may one say; only a god can save us now. (With deliberate
reference to Heidegger.)
Anyways, Lawrence is saying something of greater interest. (Enough to
say someone I would like to work with in terms of 5.1 ((7.1 or
whatever)) surround sound and the problems of how this has to fit with a
visual image, even by not fitting, etc. But health-wise this is not to
be, beyond this discussion, of course.)
I feel I should say more, perhaps later, thanks for the comments which
have made me think some more, chris jones.
