If I could 'export' the method I used to quit I'd be a millionaire in weeks.
Basically it was called 'fear'. The oxygen mask helped. As did the hospital.
And, unwittingly, Terry Pratchett and a snowstorm (snowstorms do tend not to
wit all that much I must admit)
Consider, the cheque book in question is one that belongs to an 'us' not a
'them'.
