Hi,
Almost - you need to untar the patch into the same level as your
existing FSLDIR ( in this case /usr/local ). Once the patch in
untarred nothing else needs to be done, to confirm the patch has
installed you can run randomise ( or another binary ) and check the
build no. e.g.
./randomise
