No, it is, I just built it into a different location.

Given loads of people run Ubuntu, I think we're just going to make our
libexpat.so.0 available for download. Then if they need it, they can
grab it and stick it in /lib.

I've only updated the two Linux builds and the OS X PPC build,
however.
This is a call to get all of your documentation and last-minute fixes
in. The release will be going out on Tuesday, January 19.
