I am doing second level group analysis and want to correlate the fMRI data
with behavioral data. I use "Full Factorial" design. To simplify, say, I
have 15 subjects, the behavior data is a vector with 15 numbers. I figure I
should input behavioral data as "covariate", but there's always wrong
message saying as below
-----------
Error running job: Error using ==> spm_meanby at 31
row dimension mismatch between inputs
In file "D:\spm5\spm5\spm_meanby.m" (v112), function "spm_meanby" at line 31.
In file "D:\spm5\spm5\spm_config_factorial_design.m" (v1601), function
"run_stats" at line 1321.
----------
I am sure both fmri data and behavioral data are 15 rows.
Can anybody tell me whether I do the correlation correctly and how to do it.
Thanks.
