Even though the images aren't resliced, SPM records their new positions in a
4x4 matrix that's stored somewhere (usually in a *.mat file). So the images
_have_ changed. In subsequent steps SPM uses this information,
reslicing "internally" if need be. In this manner, data processing can continue
without reslicing until it's really needed.
