Thanks, though The manual is quite uninformative. But one way could be by eeglab
1. import the electrode by points matrix in to eeglab "file->Import
data -> from .... matlab array". define necessary information.
2. save the matrix to eeglab format ".set".
3. load the above set file into spm by "convert"
