There have been some changes in the code since SPM8b - which mostly
involve bug fixes. Many of these fixes have been mentioned on the list.
The normalise to MNI space option has changed the most, as (if I
remember correctly) it was not in the beta version and has been through
a few rounds of bug fixing. There are loads of other differences, which
is why it is a good idea to report which version of the software you
use.
