Hi again,
Having the second matrix in the headers allows the deformations
estimated by DARTEL to be used for warping the original images.
This means that both deformation field (dartel imported and dartel to new template)are saved into the deformation field estimated by DARTEL (for example u_rc1)?
So using the functionality : Create Warped (into DARTEL toolbox) I can put the Subject original space into DARTEL just created template SPACE?
Thanks a lot,
Delphine

This transform is simply a rigid-body transform, and is actually saved
in the headers of the DARTEL imported images.
P=spm_select(1,'nifti');
N=nifti(P);
% Approximate alignment among imported images
N.mat
% For alignment with the original image
N.mat0
Having the second matrix in the headers allows the deformations
estimated by DARTEL to be used for warping the original images.
