Dear Andreas,
you can either load your mat-file containing the jobs-variable and start the
jobs in it with:
spm_jobman('run',jobs)
or if you already have a configured SPM.mat you can also estimate the
specified design in it by typing:
load('SPM')
SPM=spm_spm(SPM)
on the Matlab command line. The latter example works as described only when
your working directory is the one where your SPM.mat is located.
