Add Keele to the list !

I've heard that one Uni is refusing to comply on the grounds of
commercial sensitivity but other universities are gathering information
to respond.
Some are awaiting clarification on whether it would be possible to
submit copies of contractual documentation rather than emails and
correspondence on all the operational issues involved in the design and
construction of websites.

Best,
Chris
