Excellent look to it, Dave. Not crazy about the music, but like the photo
aesthetics.
I wonder what poem'ing and drawing semi-simultaneously would yield.
Envisioning the entwining of arts inevitably leads to group, and improv,
like a jazz session, I should imagine. I'd mentioned to Chris that someone
[don't recall person's name, unfortunately] had said that opera is the
medium that includes the most arts, and that it makes possible the
simultaneous, meaningful voicings of several people.
Just now watching "Tokyo Story" from netflix. A super-slow but thoroughly
engaging 1953 Yasujiro Ozu-directed film, it resembles the poignant
portrayal of relationships in Akira Kurosawa's "Ikiru". Ozu keeps slow,
long emphasis on settings of people and place, along with deceptively simple
dialogue that hits surprising dramatic pockets throughout.
Now to more viewing,
