She did write such rich hour AFTER Pattie McCarthy wrote bk of (h)rs.
While she writes about hands A LOT, I think the genesis for 100 hands
was a book of noh drama attitudes? t'ai chi gestures? yoga? that
Jena Osman had been using the text from. So she did a series using
the pictures. She demonstrated the pictures when she read from the
poems, and flashed a xerox of the page, and her poem was a description
of the picture.
I have heard her mention her sources in intros to Park as well.
