Hi,
I had a colleague in my previous workplace who actually had several months off but there were complications. I think the standard period of recovery is 4-6 weeks.
I hope you are well and coping with the snow and, in particular, the black ice! I thought someone had set up a skating rink in Bradford centre yesterday as so many people (including me!) slipped on the ice!
Rita

Does anyone have experience of an employee having gastric banding??
If so, how long were they on sick leave post surgery?? ( Assuming no complications of course!)
