*'TACKLING HEALTH INEQUALITIES: ACTION ON THE SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH'
PROFESSOR SIR MICHAEL MARMOT
*Michael Marmot will be talking about current research on health
inequalities, the work of the WHO Commission on Social Determinants of
Health, and in particular the UK response to the Commission's Report.
There will be time for discussion and the opportunity to consider and
debate sociology's contribution to 'tackling health inequalities'.
All are welcome.
