In preparation for attempting TBSS analysis comparing two groups of subjects, we are
wondering the best way to handle multiple (two) scans per subject.
Would it be most appropriate to (1) average the two scans per subject, (2) concatenate the
two scans per subject, or (3) actually align each scan individually to the FMRIB58_FA
template?
