Subject: [FSL] FSL 4.1.5 installation problem - error: files corrupt
Hello All,
I am trying to install the newer version of FSL on windows via Virtual machine on 32 bit computer but it says file corrupt before the installation.
I have copy pasted the error from the terminal window.
Looking for FSL tarball in the current directory...
***************************************************************
No FSL tarball specified, assuming you want me to install
/home/fsl/Desktop/fsl-4.1.5-centos5_32.tar.gz
from the current directory.
***************************************************************
Where would you like to install FSL to? [/usr/local] /usr/local
Checking OS release ...
[OK]
Checking CPU type...
[OK]
Checking install file...(this may take several minutes)
[Failed] fsl-4.1.5-centos5_32.tar.gz appears to be corrupt. Aborting install
[root@localhost Desktop]#
Any help would be of great appreciation.
Thanks
Regards
T

In addition to that, the also updated Debian package now comes with the
'fslecho' script (required for FNIRT and accidentally excluded in the
last version), and FSLView comes with a fixed property dialog layout.
