Hi Andreas,
I ran a probtrackx on fornix (thin fiber, where it might matter) on an informed
volunteer (60 directions + 10 b0) with and without bvecs rotation. There were
some differences in the number of samples, but nothing really important. I
would probably not use the bvecs rotation on a well informed volunteer (like a
member of a MR unit) but probably use it on a patient, where there is a higher
chance that (s)he really moves.
Best,
Martin
