Hi Saad,
perhaps my question was not well put, because I am not sure that the thread
touches my problem.
I already have a track (say, cortico-spinal track) normalized by waytotal and
thresholded and I would like to know, what is the FA on the track between,
peduncle and posterior limb of internal capsule and corona radiata and cortex.
How would one go about doing this?
Thanks,
Martin
