Betreff: [FSL] DTI: Conversion DICOM to NIFTI and orientation of B vectors
Hi,
A preparatory step for the DTI analysis is to convert the DICOM files to
a NIFTI-1 4D volume. As the NIFTI-1 uses the neuroscience coordinate
system opposite to the radiological system used in DICOM, one has to
negate both the X and Y coordinates, equivalent to a rotation of 180
degrees aroud the Z-axis.
My question is: should the X and Y coordinates of the B vectors also
be flipped?
Ed
