if you need these .mat and .con for TBSS or VBM, then:
for design.mat
> /NumWaves is the number of EVs
> /NumPoints is the number of subjects
is all you need before the matrix
> and then the matrix is listed under /Matrix. Do these

567 will be just fine
for design.con:
> /NumWaves is the number of EVs (same as in the design.mat
> file)
> /NumContrasts is the number of contrasts
are again all you need before the matrix
> /Matrix is the contrast matrix. Again, do these numbers
> need to be in scientific notation?
