There isn't a way to do this in FSL. If you are tracking a muscle where
there (may?) not be many crossing fibers, using FSL might not help you much
over a deterministic package that displays fibers instead.

Hi all,
I am trying to do fiber tracking in the calf muscle using FSL. When I do
the 3D rendering, it shows all the fibers as one big hollow piece. Is there
a way to see small individual fibers instead?
