There is a list of members on the NICOLE web site. I expect EIC can
furnish members names, and also there is the ENDS Directory which I
think is available for free download, plus handbooks from Brownfield
Briefings. you could point people to those sources which are
independent of your LA
And of course there is a directory on www.eugris.info
