Dear all,
while the Diffraction Anisotropy Server
(http://www.doe-mbi.ucla.edu/~sawaya/anisoscale/) is extremely helpful
for
the treatment of highly anisotropic datasets, I haven't found
anything that really cares about such cases during data processing. It
starts with the data processing statistics averaged in all directions
that seems to be a poor description of diffraction behaviour and data
quality in cases of really high anisotropy.
Any suggestions, tricks and workarounds are welcome!
Thanks and Regards,
Clemens
