Learning Co-ordinator (part-time)
Salary: pro-rata of £27,705 to £33,057 per annum
21 hours per week
Fixed-term for 6 months
The Women's Library holds the most extensive collection of material
relating to women's history in the UK. It is housed in a purpose built
building that hosts major exhibitions, events and full access to its
collections. The Women's Library is at the heart of the Special
Collections at London Metropolitan University.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic learning officer who
can lead and develop the Women’s Library exhibitions and curriculum
related schools and further education programmes. You will also lead on
community and participatory projects at the Library and will be part of
project teams, advising on content and interpretation ensuring that the
Library’s approach is audience focused.
You will have substantial experience of developing education and
interpretation programmes in a museum or arts environment and have an
understanding of working with a range of community partners.
