Marika and Peter,
Would that be an extension of the West Indian National Party?

I'm getting zero results from the usual sources. Can you give any information on the context in which you came across this? Was it based in Britain? Who might have been associated with it? It sounds like an ex-pat organisation. Any more that you can tell us might help.
All best
Peter

Has anyone heard of this Supposedly existed sometime in the mid-late 1930s. I'd be grateful for any info.
Thanks.
