Are any of you using goal setting tools for AT interventions?
We cover computer access, AAC, environmental control and powered wheelchair control and would like a fairly simple and quickly administered tool to assist with setting goals and recording clearly how they have been met or unmet.
I'm currently looking at Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS). See Goal Attainment Scaling:Applications, Theory and Measurement by Kiresuk, Smith and Cardillo.
Although it was originally developed for use in setting goals for patients in a mental health setting, it has been used in other fields, including AT:

Has anyone had training on how to use GAS? If so, where from?
Any thoughts on this are welcome, including suggestions for other goal setting tools.
Thanks, Marcus.
