Please find details of a meeting organised by the MRC-funded Hubs (North West Hub and the ConDuCT Hub) for Trials Methodology Research on ‘Core Outcome Sets for Clinical Trials’ to be held in Liverpool on 19th January 2010.
The meeting has two aims:
1) To raise awareness of the advantages of core outcome sets for later phase clinical trials.
2) To consider what has and has not impeded the implementation of core outcome sets in practice.
The meeting will be of interest to clinicians, consumers, regulators, policy makers, trialists, statisticians, ethicists and health economists.
