Hi Kenji,
These plots have been created in matlab.
The commands you can use in matlab to create similar plots are: hist,
plot3, sphere, sph2cart.
Additionally, in order to read nifti images in matlab, you can use
read_avw, which is in $FSLDIR/etc/matlab
