Hi, I have a question. I'm doing a group analysis of FFA/PPA type activity
in visual cortex. I get very nice bilateral activation approximately around
the locations where I would expect it, except that it is too low, i.e. quite
a bit into the cerebellum instead of in the cortex. I've verified whether
BET-ing and coregistration went ok, and judging from the png files in
slicesdir it did. I'm plotting the activation on the MNI152. I thought that
maybe individual differences between my subject population and the MNI brain
might account for the oddity, so I averaged all the warped anatomical brains
of my individual subjects into a group average, but when I plot my
activation on this averaged brain I still get the same result. Does anybody
have an idea what else could be wrong?
Thanks,
Johannes
