Hi,
Because I noticed that after eddy_correct, motion
artefacts were even more pronounced than in the
original data (see my post on this subject 26 Jan 2010),
I had a closer look at the eddy_correct script.
It consists of calls to
- fslroi
- fslsplit
- flirt
- fslmerge
To my surprise I can't find any reference to a correction
for eddy currents.
So, what does eddy_correct mean besides motion
correction (by means of flirt)?
