No. Do not copy the content of that file, otherwise your setup will break
whenever to config is change. Instead, you might want to add this to
your .bashrc:
# get FSL config loaded
if [ -f /etc/fsl/fsl.sh ]; then . /etc/fsl/fsl.sh; fi
(and remove all the stuff that you copied)
