Dear FSL/TBSS Experts,
we have been trying to perform an TBSS analysis backprojecting a TBSS stats
result into individual space. We are using FSL the latest version of FSL
(4.1.4) running on a linux/redhat system. The tbss_deproject is version 4.0.
The command we are using is:
fslmaths tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat1 -thr 0.95 grot
tbss_deproject grot 1
We are getting the following error message:
de-projecting <skeleton-space-image> into all_FA (nonlinearly aligned)
subject space
output from stage 1 deprojection will be grot_to_all_FA
Image Exception : #99 :: Out of memory
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'
/home/djsharp/fsl/bin/tbss_deproject: line 94: 21172 Aborted
$FSLDIR/bin/tbss_skeleton -i mean_FA -p `cat thresh.txt`
mean_FA_skeleton_mask_dst $FSLDIR/data/standard/LowerCingulum_1mm all_FA
${IN}_tmp -D $IN
de-projection done
The mean_FA file, the mean_FA_skeleton and the lower cingulum mask are all
definitely in the same space.
Can anyone help with interpreting the reason for this error message?
Thanks,
Kirsi Kinnunen
