I think Giorgio Ascoli might have what you’re looking for. I know that he’s been parametrarizing the vessels from the TOF angio data.

Subject: [FSL] Blood vessels atlas?
Does anyone know of an (ideally NIFTI format, MNI152 space) atlas of the major arteries and veins?
Thanks.
