Dear all
I am seeking advice on appropriateness of undertaking a nested case
control study when the number of cases are very low (<5) and the number
of cases is fixed as the cohort from which derived is closed. Even a
10:1 ratio of controls to cases would mean 33 in ncc cohort. Any
suggestions - even on alternative study design would be greatly
appreciated.
Yours Debbie (lowly epidemiologist)
