POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER IN STATISTICS / EPIDEMIOLOGY
£30,594 - £37,513 pa (under review)
We are seeking an epidemiologist or health services researcher with excellent quantitative/statistical skills. Research activities will include development and application of policy modelling, the evaluation of public health interventions for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD), and the epidemiology of heart disease and stroke. Results will help to inform evidence-based CVD prevention strategies and policies. You should have a PhD in a relevant health sciences field and experience in statistical and epidemiological research. The post is available for 30 months and will involve some national and international travel.
