A three-day workshop on dose-finding methodology in early phase clinical
trials will be held at Reading University 22-24 March.
The workshop will provide an intensive programme of talks from world experts
on current trends in this research field, together with small-group discussions,
where open problems can be addressed and progress made. Participants will
be able to learn about state-of-the-art adaptive designs for early phase
clinical trials and related ethical issues, exchange research ideas, establish
collaborative research links and discuss how to implement the methodology in
practice. The workshop is supported by the Medical Research Council.
