Dear Ask, I hope that you are doing ok and getting ready for Christmas!!
The weather has been dreadful here all winter so biking has been bad,
especially in comparison to Whistler in Canada where I was in September.
I have a question to ask you. I have been trying to write a paper in
which I use EPO as an example. One reviewer is asking me to justify my
claim that EPO (in the right doses) is relatively harmful and in fact
actually ameliorates the harmful effects of endurance exercise. Can you
tell me whether I am justified in this claim, and if so point me to some
literature that I can use to substantiate it?
Hope all is well in the dept, in Odense and in life in general, It's a
year since I was there and I miss it very much!! Give my regards to all
there especially Verner, who is probably suffering Liverpool's poor
result this season!
Take care
Carwyn
