I'm encountering the same conversion problem ("same index" error) that Yossi
Arzouan posted to the list back in July 2009, but I didn't see a reply at
that time.
Specifically, I'm trying to convert GE DICOMs from a BOLD fMRI run using the
7 July 2009 version of dcm2nii on a Linux machine (although we encounter the
same problem on the Mac, so it does not appear to be OS dependent).
Here are the last terminal messages that I get:
