Message from the MIST mailing list.
Dear all
Voting for the new MIST logo closed on Friday. The results were as follows
1. Which logo on www.mist.ac.uk should MIST officially adopt?
1 3
2 30
3 27
with three declared abstentions. This represent 18% of the list
subscribers which of course includes ex-pats, foreign friends and some
dead email accounts.
MIST council would like to congratulate Dr. Steve Milan for the winning
entry. We would also like to thank all three MIST members who took the
time and effort to create a logo design; it is much appreciated.
The winning logo will be phased into use on the MIST website and on the
new briefing papers. MIST council is still looking for images to use on
the website, if anyone would like to volunteer to help design new pages
(providing composite images/banners for webuse) or offer content
suggestions please get in touch.
cheers
Andrew
