Hi John, Mike
For me this is a no-brainer.
It is people who have opinions, not organisations, and Twitter is a place
for people to express themselves.
Organisations should take a lead from the broadcast media and not be afraid
to credit the storyteller. If an organisation does not have confidence in
its own people to express themselves on its behalf then it should probably
walk away or hire someone who can.
