Dear All,
The Warwick Law School has a partnership project running in Ethiopia,
and they hope to send some books to our partner university library, for
the use of students on the joint course. The administrator has asked me
if there is any way to ensure that the books which are donated remain in
the Library for the students on this course, and also for the second
phase, as they are committed to resourcing the project. The books are
being donated and we do not want them back, but we do need to resource
the whole project, until the partner university continues on its own in
a few years' time.
If anyone has worked to support a similar project, please would you tell
me off-list whether there was any kind of contract to try to ensure that
books donated remained in the library for the use of the students? Is
this possible at all? Any other feedback would be very welcome! I will
summarise any information which you are happy for me to share, for the
whole list group. Thanking you in advance for your assistance,
Best wishes,
Helen Riley
