Hi, Elizabeth.
Have a look on SUNCAT - the Serials Union Catalogue for the UK. The
title in question is there, complete with author and correct start
date. Copies are held by Bristol, Edinburgh, Oxford, LSE, ULRLS and
the National Library of Scotland; Warwick has an online subscription.
SUNCAT can be found at: http://www.suncat.ac.uk/
On the basic search, I find that it helps to chose "Exact title" as an
index to search.
Hope that helps,
Natasha.
