Hello all,
We have installed/configured in the same machine a site-bdii and a
lcg-CE services. We updated it this week to the last update in
Production. The update was correct and the Yaim configuration ends ok too.
[root@test03 ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i lcg-CE
glite-yaim-lcg-ce-4.0.6-1
lcg-CE-3.1.37-0
[root@test03 ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i yaim-core
glite-yaim-core-4.0.8-7
[root@test03 ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i bdii
glite-BDII-3.1.18-0
bdii-4.0.1-4
glite-yaim-bdii-4.0.4-6
[root@test03 ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i glite-info
glite-info-plugin-fcr-1.0.0-3
glite-info-dynamic-sge-4.0.903-1
glite-info-provider-service-1.1.4-0
glite-info-generic-2.0.2-3
glite-info-provider-release-1.0.0-5
glite-info-templates-1.0.0-11
glite-info-provider-ldap-1.2.2-2
glite-info-update-endpoints-1.0.0-5
After ending the Yaim configuration, I do a ldap query to the machine
and it works fine, I do a ldap query to the site-bdii and it works fine
too, but after some minutes (about 15 minutes, more or less), I do the
query to the machine and it works, but the query to the site bdii
doesn't work. I look the services and according to the status
(/etc/init.d/service status) are all running. I have tried increase the
time for the variables BDII_SEARCH_TIMEOU | BDII_BREATHE_TIME in
/opt/bdii/etc/bdii.conf file, but is the same result.
ldapsearch -x -H ldap://test03.egee.cesga.es:2170 -b
mds-vo-name=resource,o=grid | grep GlueCEStateFreeJobSlots #query to the
machine
ldapsearch -x -H ldap://test03.egee.cesga.es:2170 -b
mds-vo-name=CESGA,o=grid | grep GlueCEStateFreeJobSlots # query to the
site-bdii
I execute like edguser the script
/opt/lcg/libexec/lcg-info-dynamic-scheduler -c
/opt/glite/etc/lcg-info-dynamic-scheduler.conf and the output is Ok.
Probably I'm doing something wrong, but if someone had a similar problem
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Esteban
