Have a good look at the Coded data migration!
Tidying up Dep 2, I came across this problem in a print-out from a
practice which used to be LV and is now SystmOne.
(Depression' ( & symptom) or (unhappy) (XEOuv) "depressed"
I'm not sure, if I met this when seeing a patient, that I would
necessarily understand the problem...
