Hello,
I am trying to use the std2imgcoord utility to find the corresponding
subject-space coordinates for a given MNI coordinate. However, when I enter
the command "std2imgcoord -img filtered_func_data.nii.gz mPFC.txt", I
receive the message: "WARNING:: standard coordinates not set in standard
image." Furthermore, the coordinates that it outputs are completely outside
the brain (i.e. 109 -80 -57). The coordinates that I had typed and saved in
a text file are "2 44 11" which is located in the mPFC, not near any edges
of the brain. I also tried specifying a standard space image, but that
didn't resolve the issue. Next, I tried using the -vox option so that it
would output the coordinates in voxels, but that didn't help either.
Any insights into why I receive the error and how I can avoid it?
